Brynmawr Parish Road Heritage Walk
The walk was held on Friday 26th August 2016 as part of the Brynmawr Festival Event, it was led by Eifion Lloyd Davies and covered a distance of approximately six miles from the Market Hall Car Park in Brynmawr to Crickhowell Old Parish Road.
The photographs below were taken on the walk, where the members made a detour to the Lonely Shepherd and also found one of the several inscribed stones that can be found on the Hafod.The inscription reads :-
“THE FOUNDATION OF GOD STANDETH SURE. HAVING THIS SEAL THE LORD KNOWETH THEM THAT ARE HIS” Timothy 2.2.19
